Implement
Goals: Implementation includes presenting working Course prototypes from course curriculum outlines, and gathering departmental endorsements to gain adoption. Utilizing Canvas Courses to help train instructors also serves a dual purpose of recreating the student experience in Canvas for Instructors, to add to Instructor awareness and troubleshooting abilities.

Evaluate
Goals:
Designing is re-designing
, so the goal for these courses is to gather feedback early, middle, and late within the courses. This will allow for refinement of the projects and the most successful Online Course processes.
Assessment strategies for early course feedback focus on assessing the course design and navigation, while expressly avoiding feedback regarding the Instructor at this point. This formative assessment approach allows for fine-tuning issues which affect student user experiences, without adding undue pressure to the Instructor.
